The Clean Plate Club
Barrett Foa, Suzanne Tracht
Released: Oct 2, 2013

Broadway’s Barrett Foa, who you may know as Eric Beale on the #2 show in the country (NCIS: Los Angeles), is a regular at Chef Suzanne Tracht’s beloved Los Angeles restaurant Jar. So after chatting Barrett up at a party and getting him to agree to come on the podcast, it didn’t take long for him to request who should be sitting in the foodie chair. To my surprise, Suzanne quickly agreed and before I knew it I was cooking dinner for a T.V. star and a Top Chef Master. How did things go? Find out and listen to our conversation that covers everything from Avenue Q (which Barrett starred in on Broadway) to everyone’s restaurant pet peeves.
