Hanna: City inspectors.
Callen: No, nobody talks to city inspectors.
Hanna: OK. You’re a realtor. I’m your client. You’re showing me the apartment.
Callen: Do I look like a realtor?
Hanna: OK. I’m the realtor. You’re the guy looking for the apartment. OK? Can we go?
Callen: Want I live in a place like this? I mean. I don’t even know if I can afford a a place like this.
Hanna: Well, that’s why I’m showing you. Too see, if you want to live in a place like this.
Callen: Does it have a Jacuzzi?
Hanna: If it has one. I’ll drown you in it.
