What began as a fun segment on Jimmy Fallon’s late night shows—everyone remembers Emma Stone’s epic performance—is now growing into a full-fledged series of its own. With John Krasinski and Stephen Merchant signed on as two of the producers, Lip Sync Battle will debut on Spike on April 2.

And EW has learned exclusively that LL Cool J has signed on to host the show, which will feature celebrities going head-to-head, each lip-syncing a song of their choice.

“Like the rest of the world, I’m a big fan of these battles, but this show is going to bring it to a whole new level,” LL Cool J said in a press release. “I’m thrilled to be working with Jimmy Fallon, John Krasinski, Stephen Merchant, and the entire team to host the show and can’t wait for the fans at home to join in!!”

Spike has ordered 10 episodes of the show, which is set to tape in January in New York City.
