OMG, it looks like it yes :O This is going to be nuts! Jeeeeeeez, the waiting is killing me. The look in Kensi’s eyes when she finds him seems to be a good thing on the Densi front though.

Last night I was definitely hit that Michelle was the shooter. It was the shooting that had me so stunned at this promo. Everything else was just what I’d hoped for. Yet the still shots from the hospital – with Sam just fine and Deeks recovering – felt too fast! Granted the repercussions will likely play out over the entire season, but I thought the physical recovery would take longer (more so for Sam).
And Deeks recovering… there’s a notable void next to him where the blanket had been pushed aside. Like a certain someone might have been sitting with him? 😉

It could be that Michelle shot them to keep her cover active while letting Callen and Kensi know where Sam and Deeks are.
I do know that a week in hospital is a long time and most cuts are nearly finished healing in about a week. It does leave the question what level was the voltage and ampage that was used on the electrocution? Depending on the levels, treatment is altered and they do encourage you to start moving soon after surgery. They have said that the episode does cover several weeks so most of the physical injuries should have cleared by the end.
And as for the person sitting with Deeks that could be anyone, but I suspect female maybe even nurse Debbie, especially if he wanted a hug. He does seem like the sort of guy that needs hugs but doesn’t get many.
