When he went undercover as Kumani, from the Nigerian Embassy. I laughed a lot at that. When Callen called him mom. Then when Callen drove the Challenger and he accidentally contributed to the glass on the back to be broken, and offered to pay half of the prize, and Sam said to him, how about Callen to pay the whole price. When they are on a stakeout and Sam makes origami. The scene “Jolene” with Arkady’s guard. When Charlene mysteriously went missing (I’m talking about the car…). I still think that Hetty was the responsible for that, as a payback for the Jag. When the tv didn’t work and he threatened that he would break it. When he refused to give Monty from his food, and at the end of the episode, he shared his food with Monty after all. When he said to Deeks “Thanks mutt”. In Ascension when he said to Deeks that he was a great cop and that he was sorry he hadn’t said that before (that scene really touched me). There are lots of other favorite Sam moments, but these ones will do for now

5×8 Fallout – Sam hugging Callen after the close call with the subway. (If there is a bromance category, I’ll put it there too.)
6×5 SEAL Hunter – Fighting the fake SEAL; also, taking the shot to the chest from the fake SEAL, then getting up and sprinting for the civic center.
4×24 Descent – Watching Deeks being tortured, and his desperation to keep Michelle safe.
5×1 Ascension – In Deeks’ hospital room, thanking Deeks for keeping Michelle safe and admitting to Deeks he underestimated him.
2×1 Human Traffic – Chucking Kensi’s cheek after she gets the drug dealer’s phone.
6×16 Expiration Date – In his hospital bed with the gurkhas coming, after all the “very bad” things he could name, “I’m gonna need you to be more specific G.”
2×10 Deliverance – Waiting at the bank for the backstopping to be ready, “Running out of time Eric.”

  3. Rayanne

Rude Awakenings – when he pushes the CIA guy in the water.

Wanted – when he checks on Michelle at their house

Backstopped – when he and Deeks partner up

And of course his reaction to clowns!!!

  4. PK

Higher Power – trying to get a Parker Pony for Christmas for his daughter

Ascension – you’ll make a great agent, “I owe you for the rest of my life after what you did for me.”

Omni – hugging Deeks, and generally defending Deeks and “I couldn’t fit my arm in a pair of skinny jeans!”

Fallout – hugging Callen after the subway close call

History – East Coast rock/paper/scissor rules (I use this now)

Just about any time he banters with Callen

  5. Céline Floret

    – when the cases involved SEAL
    – when he has to protect Michelle
    – when he admitts to Deeks he would have been a great agent
    – bromance with Callen
    – Kumani
    – when he’s doing origami in stakeout
    – his humour

    Great Sam-moments
    – the fear to lose his partner in Legend, and the deep hurt when that really happened to Dom.
    – the moments with Monty (in the office and later on, when they have to find a bomb)
    – the banter with Callen. About food, about finding a house, a woman, about living and life and cars and clowns
    – the moment he realizes how Deeks isn’t always the goofy co-worker and how he underestimates him. The guts to tell that he kept Michelle safe, even through severe torture
    – the fact that he is a SEAL – protects them, teams up like them and always believes in their truth
    – the protective sides he lets himself show when it comes to Kensi and Callen (the scene in the underground when he hugs his partner)
    – the scenes in Mexico! With the crazy sisters, with Tuhon, when they have to get that DOD-guy back, with the tunnel underground and the food truck
