Actress Renee Felice Smith, who portrays intelligence analyst Nell Jones on NCIS: Los Angeles, tried to deduce why adorable adoptable siblings Sammy and Nelson hadn’t landed starring roles in the lives of loving families when North Shore Animal League America, The Jason Heigl Foundation and Baldwin Park Animal Shelter brought pups to the public for an a mobile adoption event at Walmart in Baldwin Park, California on September 20th.
